PRIVACY POLICY - Helixes inc.


Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is generally stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. In the present Privacy Policy, “Helixes inc.”, “we”, “us”, or “our” references must be understood, where applicable, as including Shopify Inc. whenever they are in charge of performing a particular function on our behalf. Our rights as contained as contained herein are acknowledged by you to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

When you purchase a product from the Site or sign up for a service operated by Helixes inc., you may be required to provide personal information (including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone or age) and other information which can be used to ascertain your identity. Helixes inc. may combine the information you submit under your account with information from your activity on the Site for the purpose of providing you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our Features, products and services. For certain services, Helixes inc. may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). 1.3. Log information

When you access the Site, our servers may record certain information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a product, IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account.

1.4. Communications

When you send an email or other communications to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve Helixes inc.]’ products or services. Helixes inc. may use your email address to communicate with you about our products or services.

1.5. Third Party Applications

Helixes inc. may make available third party applications through the Site, such as gadgets, extensions or payment gateways. We do not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results, sites that include Helixes inc.’s applications, products or services, or links from within Helixes inc.’ various Features. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.

1.7. Email Marketing & Google Analytics

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. Note that our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted by Shopify using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, Shopify follows all PCI-DSS requirements and implements additional generally accepted industry standards.



When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Below is a list of cookies used in Shopify:


  1. _session_id, unique token, sessional, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc) ;
